A sample warranty agreement is attached. The TremCare Gold Services Agreement provides the following services: 1. Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Housekeeping 2. Roof Inspection Reporting 3. The County desires to extend the existing License Agreement with the new agreement attached for the continued joint use of the facilities at Shalimar Elementary School. Scope of use of Facilities: A. The Licensed Premises shall be used by the School Board for its school physical education program and other school sponsored and approved events. B. The Licensed Premises shall be used by County for community educational/recreational programs, for the promotion and support of community recreational programs and other incidental purposes as are reasonably related thereto. Through this cooperative Agreement, CHS will collaborate with the OCSD school- based mental health providers to provide services and supports to student with parent consent.
