Please note that the version | received had a lot of spacing issues when | opened it. | suspect the various authors and reviewers used slightly different versions of Word. At any rate, on the version | am returning for your consideration, all the spacing is at a uniform 1.5 (except under the signature lines where 1.5 looks silly), and the Clerk’s signature line has been revised to follows the guidance we received (I'd hate for this to have to go back through for something like that). | did not change anything of substance, just spacing and the Clerk’s title.
