BACKGROUND: Addendum # 6 and # 7 (attached) accounts for disposal category pricing encountered at neighboring county CO-OP collections and at Okaloosa County’s drop-off locations that were not part of the original contract pricing or subsequent addenda (1-5). Also attached is the completed Contract & Lease Internal Coordination Sheet. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Chairman to execute Addendum # 6 and #7 to Contract C14-2099-PW for household hazardous waste disposal. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
