As discussed, CDM Smith agrees to build the expansion for a lump sum amount of $12,480,704 (see attached cost estimate). As part of our lump sum amount, we will develop and build a solution to the pressure and volume problem at the headworks. CDM Smith commits up to $100,000 to solve that problem. Please refer to the attached cost estimate for what is included in our proposal. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Okaloosa County and TCG in building this expansion successfully.
