However, I did receive an offer on 2/ 1/ 2010 138-  Page 2 of 3 Godwin from American Title to release one of its properties that it insured -Lot 1, Grand Oaks, for 5000. 00. The release is for a partial release of this property only and acknowledges that this is only partial payment of the lien. I have been working with Mr. Mearns and Toni on this. Can you advise Mr. Mearns and if acceptable ( I recommend it) ask Council if they approve? I have no response from the other title company and am ready to proceed with foreclosures on the other lots if the City advises. We will need to meet on that before I do. Please advise. Thanks. It appears -to be satisfactory except I do not believe Jody Godwin owns 205 or 207 Florida Place, as both were foreclosed on last year by mortgage holders who had priority over our liens.
