SUBJECT: Dewey Cosgrove Hangar Lease Renewal

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Hangar Lease Renewal for Mr. Dewey Cosgrove,
Block 3 Lot 1 at the Bob Sikes Airport (CEW), is being presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: On August 17, 2004 the Board approved a generic Hangar Lease for hangar
renewals. Mr. Cosgrove is in compliance with all terms and conditions of his Lease. Mr.
Cosgrove's certificates of insurance are attached along with the contract and lease internal
coordination sheet.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Lease
Renewal as described above.
