Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Emergency Management FDEM) for homeland security issues 4, 28, 29 and 30 grant, in the amount of $251,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Emergency Management FDEM) for homeland security issue 36 grant, in the amount of $177,780. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) for reimbursement for successful judicial and administrative summons and/or writs of bodily attachment at the prevailing rate of Federal Financial Participation; 66% of the $20.00 fee ($13.20) for original service in Title IV-D and 66% of the $70.00 fee ($46.20) for a writ of bodily attachment grant, in the amount of $3,470. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department Transportation (FDOT) amend 6 for CTD Medicaid non-emergency transportation (NET) program and the subcontracted transportation provider (STP) grant, in the amount of $21,097. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, Supervisor of Elections-General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of State (FDOS) for federal elections activities (HAVA) grant, in the amount of $21,595. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, Tourist Development Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for beach erosion control project known as the Okaloosa Island dune walkovers grant, in the amount of $109,350. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, Capital Outlay Construction Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Smartronix for services of fiber project, in the amount of $20,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, Airport Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for overlaying aircraft parking apron at Bob Sikes Airport grant, in the amount of $97,500. BT-14-42 Airport Enterprise Fund in the amount of $24,375. Provide local match funding for overlaying aircraft parking apron at Bob Sikes Airport grant. BT-14-43 Tourist Development Fund in the amount of $109,350. Provide local match funding for beach erosion control project known as the Okaloosa Island dune walkovers grant. BT-14-44 Tourist Development Fund in the amount of $138,300. Provide funding to Parks Division (General Fund) for purchase of beach cleaning equipment. BT-14-45 Supervisor of Elections-General Fund in the amount of $3,239. Provide funding to match Florida Department of State (FDOS) for federal elections activities (HAVA) grant.
