Lawson Subject: Amendment to Teen Court Agreement with Lutheran Services Joanne, The amendment to the Teen Court agreement with Lutheran Services was revised after it had been approved by Risk Management and the County Attorney. It was scheduled to be on the agenda for the September 1 meeting, but was pulled. Attached is the revised amendment, which needs to go through coordination. The period of the amendment was changed from 10/01/15-09/30/16, to an extension of only 3 months from 10/01/15- 12/31/15. The amount was changed from $85,000 to $21,250 to coincide with the shorter term. This amendment will need to be on the agenda for the September 15 meeting.
