TENTH AMENDMENT
TO
TEEN COURT AGREEMENT
CONTRACT #C00-0417-BCC
THIS TENTH AMENDMENT to the Agreement entered into by and between
Okaloosa County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as
the “County,” and Lutheran Services Florida, Inc., hereinafter referred to as. the “Teen
Court,” signed August 17, 2004, is hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 1. TERM: The term of this amendment shall be for twelve months
from October 1, 2014, to September 30, 2015.
Paragraph 5. AGREEMENT AMOUNT: For services provided, the County
shall pay to the Teen Court, the sum of eighty-five thousand and 00/100 ($85,000.00), in
monthly payments upon an appropriate invoice and approved in advance by the County.
ALL OTHER TERMS OF THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT SHALL
REMAIN THE SAME,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this amendment to the Teen Court Agreement has been
executed by the County and the Teen Court this day of 2014.
