Dear Potential Sponsor:
The team members of Fort Walton Beach Buccaneers Travel Basketball Organization would like to extend
an invitation for you to help the team pursue their dreams of competing against the finest players and teams
in the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas. Fort Walton Beach Buccaneers Travel Basketball Organization is
a newly formed competitive basketball program establishing itself in the Emerald Coast and we need your
help. We are an independent, non-profit, youth basketball program, and are currently seeking sponsors to
help defray the costs of our upcoming season. As you know, it takes a great deal of time and money to
organize and run a basketball team. Monies are needed to cover league fees, official fees, gym rental, team-
equipment, uniforms and tournament expenses. It costs each member hundreds of dollars to compete in this
division. These expenses do not even include costs for travel, food, lodging or family members to also
attend. Our mission is to provide athletic training and educational benefits through character development
and sportsmanship in a highly competitive sports environment. Fort Walton Beach Buccaneers Travel
Basketball Organization is comprised of youth athletes in middle school, or entering high
school. Participation in the highest level of amateur youth sports allows our dedicated group of professional
coaches, players and parents an opportunity to shape the future. Not only are they honing their athletic
skills, they are also improving their self-confidence, learning camaraderie as teammates, gaining leadership
abilities and representing our community throughout the Gulf Coast. Our ultimate goal is to help mold
student athletes able to compete at the next level like high school, college or major leagues. Any monetary
donation would be greatly appreciated and would assist our team tremendously in meeting our mission and
goals. We also create opportunities for sponsorship. Our sponsors are recognized in a number of ways
depending on their level of sponsorship.
Gold sponsor: $1000.00 (name/logo on back of team uniform above player number, name on team bag,
name on website)
Silver sponsor: $750.00 (name/logo on team bag, name on website)
Bronze sponsor: $500.00 (covers/sponsors player fee for two players, name on website)
Copper sponsor: $250.00 (covers/sponsors player fee for one player, name on website)
Blue sponsor: $150.00 (name on website)
White sponsor: $100 donation
Starter sponsor: $50 donation
Thank you in advance for your consideration and giving our Emerald Coast team a chance to play!
Owner/coach of the Fort Walton Beach Buccaneers Basketball Organization Blake White.
