STATEMENT OF ISSUE: As per County policy and State statutes, the attached list of
County Surplus Property (12 items) was sold at auction of December 4 & 5, 2013 by JM
Wood Auction Company (Montgomery, AL). Funds resulting from this sale ($108,062.50)
have been deposited as follows:
