A RESOLUTION OF THE WALTON BEACH,
CITY OF FORT
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2008 THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 BUDGET TO MAKE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO
APPROPRIATIONS OF CITY FUNDS FOR CHESTER PRUITT PARK
IMPROVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Authority
Resolution 2008- 45, adopted on September 22, 2008, authorizes amendments to
the FY 2008- 09 budget by resolution.
Section 2. CRA Fund Budget Amendment
City Council authorized award of Bid # 09- 113 to A Needles Construction of
Pace, Florida, for the bid amount of $409, 400 to construct improvements at Chester Pruitt
Park. City Council also approved $ 106,400 for additional park improvements. Budget
funds in the amount of $252,558 are currently available.
Therefore, there is appropriated $ 263, 242 from CRA fund balance increasing the
CRA Fund budget from $ 1, 894,343 to $2, 157, 585.
Section 3. Effective Date
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by the City Council
and signature by the Mayor.
