RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 BUDGET AIRPORT ENTERPRISE FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for carryforward grants, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the Airport Enterprise Fund be increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT FDOT West Area Parking 74022R-334410 $169,522 FDOT West Area Parking 74023R-334410 $196,430 FDOT West Area Parking 741122R-334410 $2,360 FDOT West Area Parking 741220R-334410 $286,844 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Bob Sikes Parking Lot 74022-563461 $169,522 Bob Sikes Parking Lot 74023-563461 $196,430 Professional Services – Other 741122-531900 $2,360 Bob Sikes Parking Lot 741220-563461 $286,844 Adopted this regular session the 7th day of January 2014.
