The total actual acreage of the above-described property is approximately 0.94 acres, At the time of the annexation, there are medical office buildings on the parcels. Section 4. Effect of Annexation The area annexed shall be subject to all laws, ordinances, and regulations in force in the City of Fort Walton Beach and shall be entitled to the same privileges and benefits as other parts BK: 3624 PG: 3475 of' the City of Fort Walton ' Beach upon the effective date of the annexation. The City of Fort Walton Beach is electing to provide all necessary services, including those of the Ocean City - Wright Fire Control District. The area annexed is subject to the Okaloosa County Comprehensive Plan and zoning regulations. Said regulations shall remain in full force and effect until the subject property is designated into a City of Fort Walton Beach. Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designation and rezoned accordingly in the City of Fort Walton Beach zoning map. Section 5. Municipal Boundary The municipal boundary lines of the City of Fort Walton Beach shall be amended to include the annexed property described in this ordinance and in the attached " Location Map." Section 6. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption on second reading by City Council and the signature of the Mayor. Adopted: Richard. A.
