Attached is a sample package of the requirements- They include: *A letter of request *Appropriate pages of Tl P *TOP *Budget *Fare Box Report *Performance Measures (must be approved by the Department before advertising) *NTD Report *Advertising Affidavit and Ad The updated version of this information is due by September. Also, to continue receiving Corridor funding, I will need a new proposal (with budget) and a Technical Advisory Group (TAG) meeting will need to be scheduled.
