Mr. Scott has been contacted and will serve a second four -year term if reappointed by Council. The Municipal Planning Board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on rezonings and vacating of streets and alleys, maintains a current Comprehensive Plan and presents to the City Council recommended changes to the Plan, and reports to Council with recommendations of any matter which affects the Plan. Membership on this Board is limited to City residents and registered voters. DISCUSSION: At anytime Council may submit a nominee for consideration and an application must be filled out prior to an appointment. There are no applications on file with the City Clerk.
