Dear Commissioner Ketchel: We, the undersigned petitioners, being the abutting owners of real estate located on the east and west sides of an alleyway and/or easement located in the Bay View Subdivision, located entirely in Okaloosa County, respectfully request that the Board of County Commissioners vacate the said public street, alley, and/or easement lying adjacent to Okaloosa County Parcels Nos. 01-2S-24-0180-0006-0010, 01-2S-24-0180-0006-0050, 01-2S-24-0180-0006-0080, 01-2S- 24-0180-0006-0100, 01-2S-24-0180-0006-0110, 01-2S-24-0180-0006-0130, 01-2S-24-0180- 0006-0160, 01-28-24-0180-0006-0180, and 01-25-24-0180-0006-0190, and that said alley and/or easement become part of the adjoining property, according to law.
