COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Don R. Amunds, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners,
Okaloosa County, Florida be authorized to execute the following LOCAL AGENCY
PROGRAM AGREEMENT on behalf of Okaloosa County to provide for the following project:
Construction of the 12th Avenue Sidewalk Improvements LAP Project
(FPID: 428115-1-58-01 & 428115-1-68-01)
