RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013 BUDGET E911 OPERATIONS FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Management Services (FDMS) for E911 network fiber circuits and E911 IP selective router maintenance carryforward grants, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the E911 Operations Fund increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT FDMS E911 Net Fiber 70826R-334200 $5,386 FDMS E911 Net Fiber - Interest 70826R-361101 $5,123 FDMS Router Maintenance 701124R-334200 $11,804 FDMS Router Maintenance - Interest 701124R-361101 $1,961 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Repair/Maintenance – Technical Support 70826-546900 $10,509 Equipment 701124-564202 $13,765 Adopted this regular session the 18th day of December 2012.
