A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE
OF THE CITY FOR THE UTILITIES SERVICES DEPARTMENT
BY ADJUSTING CERTAIN SOLID WASTE FEES; AND SETTING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH:
Section I. Pursuant to the authority of section 10. 52. 03, Rates and Charges,
Authority to Establish Fee Schedule, of the City Code of Ordinances, the
Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended by making a general adjust to fees as
follows:
