& BLUEWATER BAY LAND USE PETITION To the Okaloosa County Board of Commissioners: This petition is to oppose the construction of a 317 Ft. Communications Tower in the boat yard of Recreation Services, Inc. The location is adjacent to the swimming pool on Bay Dr. The undersigned feel this tower would downgrade the community, reduce home values and be a potential hazard and eyesore to the environment. Since the setback requirements for a 317 Ft. tower along with the zoning do not comply with the BWB DRL, this tower would be incompatible with the existing residential character of the area and surrounding neighborhood or community. We the undersigned property owners and residents of Bluewater Bay want Okaloosa County to maintain the current land use designations that were established by resolution of the Okaloosa County Board of Commissioners when the Bluewater Bay Development was originally approved.
