RESOLUTION NO. 07- 15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT W ALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING NEW FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CITY MANAGERS OFFICE AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, ENGINEERING DIVISION; MAKING GENERAL ADJUSTMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH FOR SERVICES AND FACILITIES PROVIDED BY DIVISIONS OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, FIRE DEPARTMENT, PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT, POLICE DEPARTMENT, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, AND UTILITIES DEPARTMENT; AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT W ALTON BEACH: Section I. The Comprehensive Fee Schedule as attached and made a part of this resolution by reference is amended as follows: a. City Manager' s Office, by establishing a new fee for FWBTV Dubbing services. b. Community Development Services Department 1. General, by establishing a new fee for services provided. 2. Construction Permit, by making a general adjustment to fees. 3. Mechanical Permit & Inspection, by making a general adjustment to fees. 4. Inspecting Boiler, by making a general adjustment to fees. 5. Plumbing & Gas Permit, by making a general adjustment to fees. 6. Electrical Permit, by making a general adjustment to fees. 7. Site Plan Review, by making a general adjustment to fees. 8. Planning & Zoning, by making a general adjustment to fees. 9. Miscellaneous, by making a general adjustment to fees. 10. CRA, by establishing new fees for site plan review, site plan amendment review, site plan extension review, site plan after-the- fact amendment review. c. Fire Department 1. Inspection, by making a general adjustment to fees. 2. Permits & Licenses, by making a general adjustment to fees. 3. Fire Prevention Programs, by making a general adjustment to fees. 4. Plans, Sprinkler, Standpipe Systems Review, by making a general adjustment to fees. 5. Flammable Tanks, by making a general adjustment to fees. e. Parks & Recreation Department 1. Rentals, by making a general adjustment to fees. 2. Tennis Center, by making fee increases commensurate with contractual changes for the monthly City contribution decrease. 3. Fort Walton Landing, by making a general adjustment to fees. 4. Library, by making a general adjustment to fees. f. Police Department Alarms, by eliminating fee for registration.  g. Public Works Department 1. Engineering, by establishing a new fees mapping and printing and by making a general adjustment to other fees. 2. Cemetery, by making a general adjustment to fees. 3. Garbage, by making a general adjustment to fees. 4. Extra Collection, by making a general adjustment to fees. 5. Special Events, by making a general adjustment to fees. 6. Recycling, by making a general adjustment to fees. h. Utilities Department 1. Miscellaneous, by reclassifying from Public Works Department Section. 2. Connection Fees, by reclassifying from Public Works Department Section. Section II. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with the terms of this resolution are repealed. Section III. This resolution shall take effect on October 1, 2007.
