Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2- 266, Purchasing policies and procedures,
Fort Walton Beach Code of Ordinances, request authorization to purchase one
1) Flatbed Truck with Dump Body under the provisions of the Florida Sheriff
from Ford, Orlando, Florida, in the per unit amount of

41, 526. 00 as outlined in the attached tabulation.
All from the State of Florida Annual Bid Contract or the Sheriff
quotes are
Annual Bid Contract. According to the City' s Purchasing Policy, City may the
procure, without formal bid procedures, all supplies, materials and equipment
which are the subject of contracts with the State of Florida as set forth in
Section 287 of the Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time.
