Failure to correct the violations within this period will result in the automatic revocation of this authorization. _ 13. All costs incurred by the Board of Trustees in enforcing the terms and conditions of the authorization will be paid by the applicant. Any notice required by law will be made by certified mail at the address shown on page one of the authorization.
