This project consists of the tear-off and replacement of the existing shingle roof at the Kenwood Elementary Kitchen and Dining Room Pod. The existing roof and saturated/rotted wood decking will be replaced with new shingles over a self-adhered ice and water shield barrier over new decking and sheeting as required. Crickets will be constructed to improve drainage flow and new gutters and downspouts will be installed.
