Manager, Joe Guidry. As previously discussed, our main concern is that the tent cannot impose on the gulf view of our
Tower building. My last day at the Ramada Plaza Beach Resort will be Tuesday November 5" so | have copied some of
our staff here at the resort so you can have their contact information. Copied you will see Joe Guidry, GM; Jackie Blue,

layout for our proposed tent locate this year. It is basically the same as last year with the exception of moving it over a
little to allow emergency vehicles to have a path if needed. Please let me know if this is fine with you and the Ramada. |
