SUBJECT: North Light Yacht Sales and Service Agreement

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed License Agreement with North Light Yacht Sales and
Service LLC for the display of a boat and trailer at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport is
being presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: Airport personnel and North Light Yacht Sales and Service LLC personnel
negotiated this License Agreement to use and occupy a portion of the floor space in the baggage
claim area of the terminal for the displaying a new boat on a trailer and marketing signage
relating to boat sales. The contract and lease internal coordination sheet is attached along with
their certificate of insurance.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the License
Agreement as described above.
