RE: Okaloosa County Department of Corrections Food Service Contract
Dear Mr. Appleton:
The Okaloosa County Department of Corrections agrees to renew the subject
contract/lease, #C12-1962-COR for an additional term. The contract renewal period
will be October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015. The annual budgeted amount for this
contract is $560,000.00. As allowed in the original contract, ABL Management has
requested a 2.1% increase in the per meal price. This request is consistent with the
Producer Price Index report for March 2014 and is reflected in the chart below. We
acknowledge this request as being appropriate.
