STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Board solicited proposals to provide Financial Auditing for the
Board and Constitutional Officers on April 30, 2010. O'Sullivan Creel, LLP (now Warren
Averett LLC) was selected to provide this service for FY 2010, 2011 & 2012. The contract had
an option to renew for three one-year terms beyond the initial three (3) years. Annual cost for
the three year period has been:
2010 - $197,835.00
2011 - $203,770.00
2012 - $209,883.00
OPTIONS: Renew the contract or re-bid
RECOMMENDATIONS: This item is brought to the Board for direction.
