STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval for payment of the Archonix invoice in the
amount of $4,500.00.
BACKGROUND: Pretrial Services received Board approval for $4,500.00 in line item 0610-
53110 for the Fiscal Year 2014 budget. This money was allocated to cover the expense of
converting the old Pretrial Release data into the new Pretrial module created by Archonix.
During the initial payment/requisition process, the cost of the data conversion was inadvertently
removed from the quote by Archonix; however, the cost had already been approved in the
Pretrial budget process for FY 2014.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approving payment of the Archonix invoice in
the amount of $4,500.00.
