with the meeting schedules for the City.
The Principal representative,

required by the Request for Qualifications. She will have regular availability to complete all legal
services required by the City. Based on review of the Schedule of City Meetings and Ms. Barry' s work
load, there are no schedule commitments that would be in conflict.

as blackberries, PDAs, web mail and cell phones. Moreover, our attorneys have remote access to our
corporate network which allows for fast and efficient communication. Broad and Cassel also has a
secured extranet, or client password -protected web site, that allows our attorneys to post documents that
they would like to share and collaborate with clients. The Firm' s in -house technology staff would be
happy to set up such a web site for the City. This extranet would allow designated City staff and board
members the ability to view City documents in real -time. This technology will serve to increase
efficiencies and cost -effectiveness, as well as conserve paper and other resources.
In the unforeseen event that Ms. Barry would be unavailable to perform one of the duties required of the
City Attorney, the City will be notified in advance whenever possible. Secondary or back up
representatives designated in this document will provide the services required in her absence.
