Wilson St., Suite 302 Crestview, FL 32536 Re: Request to vacate and revise easement contained in Board Resolution No. 09-108 Our File No. RE-16-1023 Dear Commissioner Boyles: My office represents Teramore Development, LLC (“Teramore”). Teramore desires to develop a parcel of land located in Holt, FL for a Dollar General building location. The parcel of land identified by Teramore contains a utility right-of-way easement that prevents the building of any structure over the easement. Please let this letter serve as an official request to the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners (the “Board”) to consider amending Resolution No. 09- 108 adopted on July 7, 2009 which vacated the right-of-way to allow Teramore to build over the vacated right-of-way. I have been in contact with Mr. Jeff Henderson with the Public Works Department at the suggestion of County Attorney, Mr. Greg Stewart. Mr. Henderson proposed that I include a draft Amendment to Resolution No. 09-108 to use in this matter.
