It is for this meeting that Dr. Marlowe also suggests involvement of key community individuals to assist council in this process. The City Council wishes to form a Super Focus Group composed of eight 14 citizens. The purpose of the committee is to assist the Council in their strategic assessment of 15 Issues developed at the 2008 Citizen Focus Group and public meetings and in developing the 16 2008 Strategic Plan for the City of Fort Walton Beach. 17 18 SECTION 2. Therefore, the City Council hereby creates the 2008 Super Focus Group 19 The Group shall be composed of eight members chosen by the Mayor and each Council 20 members selecting one citizen each. Mr. Kennedy has been contacted and will serve a four -year term if appointed to Council. The CRA Board of Commissioners guides future development in the redevelopment area. Per F.
