In accordance with Title XI Chapter 125.35(2) of the Florida Statutes, we must notify adjacent property owners of our intent to dispose of the property. Additionally, the Statute requires that we provide a 10 business day opportunity for adjacent owners to submit a bid to purchase the parcel if they have interest in doing so. According to the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser’s records, you own property immediately adjacent to this parcel and are being notified accordingly. This particular parcel has a derelict structure on it that may have encroachments onto adjacent parcel(s) and will require demolition at the new owner’s expense.
