This County property is an unimproved lot being used for additional parking for his business. This lease has one (1) final renewal expiring October 31, 2017. Mr. Tom Garner, owner of Tommy Mattonie’s wishes to renew the lease for an additional year through October 31, 2017 for the amount of $1,971.48 with tax. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the lease renewal with Tommy Mattonie’s and authorization for the Chairman to sign the document. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
