Bluewater Bay Municipal Benefit Services Unit Post Office Box 5291 Niceville Florida 32578-5291 (850) 897-0092 RECEIVED May 21, 2013 9'A8 13 Chairman Don Amunds Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners 1804 Lewis Turner Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 Dear Commissioner Amunds: As required by Okaloosa County Ordinance 02-16, as amended and Florida Statues, Section 125.01(1) (q), a duly noticed public meeting was held of the Bluewater Bay Municipal Benefit Services Unit’s Board of Directors to approve our recommendation to the Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners for the FY 2014 Budget. The Board of Directors approved the following FY 2014 Budget and Annual Assessment: A FY 2014 Bluewater Bay MSBU Budget total of $ 345,870.00 Please note that this budget reflects a carryover of the FY 2013 Reserves and Cash Contingency funds. It does not include any other cash carryover from FY2013 or previous years. A 2014 Tax Roll Annual Assessment per Unit is $ 60.00 (4672.65 total assessed units). These funds are to be collected by the Okaloosa County Tax Collector. Please take the appropriate action to the bill each property owner within the boundaries of the Bluewater Bay MSBU. The unit assessment for this year’s Tax Roll has been applied to each parcel within the Bluewater Bay MSBU and forwarded to the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser for entry on this year’s Tax Roll.
