BACKGROUND: The contract with Vulcan Materials Company to supply limerock, limestone and asphalt milling material executed on Oct. 03, 2013 has expired on Sept. 30, 2016. All requested deliveries of product have been received and invoiced. Requesting Board review and approval to make the final payment of $3,469.10 and close out contract C14-2074-PW. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny final payment to Vulcan Materials Company in the amount of $3,469.10 and authorize closure of contract C14-2074-PW upon final payment. RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve final payment to Vulcan Materials Company in the amount of $3,469.10 and authorize the closing of contract C14-2074-PW RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
