STATUTES; REPEALING THE CURRENT FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT; ADOPTING
A NEW FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICTS AND SEVERABILITY AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Synopsis: Repeals the current Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan and adopts a
new Future Land Use Element, based on the Evaluation and Appraisal Report and public input.
MPB recommended approval.
