Dear Mr. Cody:
The Okaloosa County Department of Corrections wishes to amend the PRICE PROPOSAL page,
paragraph 6, of subject contract, #C12-1962-COR to reflect that ABL will provide:
“Preparation and serving of one standard meal per shift upon request to correctional officers who
are on duty. Correctional officer meals will be identified on the invoice separately from inmate
meals.”
In all other respects, the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall continue
unchanged and in full force and effect.
