Given the current composition of the TDC, your transition from a non‐lodging representative to a lodging representative is still in compliance with the statutory requirement. However, we will need to ask the Board of County Commissioners to formally appoint you as a lodging 1 representative. I believe that can be accomplished at the August 16th Board meeting.
