Our planning date is Saturday October 3rd, from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm. There will be food, musical entertainment and games for families who will come and go as their time permits, with probably 200 — 250 on the grounds at any one time. Many of the participants walk to the Party which reduces the number of parking spaces needed for autos. The evening will end with the showing of a movie | am the point of contact for coordinating with all parties and have the forms and guidance provided by Sheri Whitman in 2013.
