STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Final payment to Kansas State Bank of Manhattan is due to be
rendered.
BACKGROUND: The contract with Kansas State Bank of Manhattan for the lease of 4 graders
is expiring on January 15, 2014. Final payment request has been reviewed by the Purchasing
Department. Requesting Board review and approval to make the final payment of $6,248.61
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny final payment to Kansas State Bank of Manhattan.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve final payment of $6,248.61 To Kansas State Bank of
Manhattan.
