OKALOOSA ISLAND LEASEHOLD CONVERSION RESOLUTION NO. _____________ WHEREAS, the person(s) named below is/are the leaseholder(s) of record who has/have submitted the successful highest bid for the County’s Resolution Reversionary Interest in the parcel(s) described therein set immediately below such Bidder’s name(s); Deborah F. Maksymyk, Formerly Deborah D. Dewrell Lot 235, Block 5, Santa Rosa Island Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page(s) 84, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. Vance McMillan Unit 205, Surf Dweller Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1218, Pages 1163 through 1249, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Stanley W. and Wassiya Hewitt, Husband and Wife Lot 90, Block F, Holiday Isle Residential Section No 50, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 39, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. NOW THEREFORE, the County’s Contractor, Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is directed to prepare a quit claim deed, in previously authorized format, conveying the County’s Reversionary Interest to the successful bidder(s) for the signature of the chairman of the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners, and; Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is further directed to complete the closing of the conveyance transaction by quitclaim deed to the successful bidder(s).
