Jon,
Having reviewed these materials, I am of the opinion that the Air Force is
entitled to payment of $88 for documents the County requested and received
under the FOIA. I am still unclear as to why Finance voided the purchase
requisition. Nonetheless, the County is legally obligated to pay the Air
Force.

July 15th. I does not involve any contract payment, but we did agree to pay
them the fee. I have included some stuff I got Online about FOIA. We tried
to get them to waive it, but they wouldn’t. Sunil thinks we need to get it
behind us to maintain our professional relationship with our lessor. I think
we need legal concurrence by tomorrow to meet our Wednesday suspense.
