The perpetual, non-exclusive easement shall be for, but not limited to, purpose of construction, operating, maintaining, upgrading, improving, relocating or removing water, wastewater and any other utilities and associated appurtenances; and the right to ingress and egress to same. If any construction is required after construction is complete, the lands of the Grantor shall be restored to the same, or as good as, condition as existed before construction began. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, thereto belonging or anywise appertaining, unto the said Grantee, and its successors and assigns forever, for the utility and access purposes described herein. The Grantor covenants to the Grantee that it is lawfully seized of said land and that it has good, right and lawful authority to grant this easement.
