WHEREAS,- the State of Florida, Department of Transportation ("FDOT") has budgeted and appropriated funding for the project herein described as Financial Project No. 4189339401; and WHEREAS, the Florida Department of TransportationFDOT has been granted the authority to enter into a Joint Participation Agreement- with Okaloosa the County for the project- as more particularly set forth in the Joint Participation Agreement- (!!the "-JPA-"), which is attached to this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the County agrees to provide the matching funds as set forth in the JPA and to abide by the mutual covenants, promises and representations contained therein. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County as follows: 1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the attached JPA. 2.
