Re: Annual Maintenance Contract for MH Rehab
Dear Mr. Brannon:
Bids were received on June 27, 2013 for the “Annual Maintenance Contract for MH
Rehab” project. Three bids were received for this work and a tabulation of the bids is attached
for your review.
The lowest bid was received from Gulf Coast Underground, LLC. of Mobile, AL in the
amount of $46,195.00.
This Contractor will obtain an Okaloosa County Occupational License prior to the Notice
of Award. The Contractor is registered with the State of Florida as required and is a licensed
Underground Contractor. This Contractor has performed previous work for Okaloosa County,
as well as neighboring municipalities, all of which was completed in satisfactory fashion.
My recommendation is to award the project to Gulf Coast Underground, LLC., in the
amount of $46,195.00, they having submitted the lowest responsive, responsible bid for the work
