STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Hangar Lease Renewal for Mr. James Coughlan, Block
6 Lot 4, at the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach Airport is being presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: On August 17, 2004 the Board approved a generic Hangar Lease for hangar
renewals. Mr. Coughlan is in compliance with all terms and conditions of his Lease. Mr.
Coughlan's certificates of insurance are attached along with the contract and lease internal
coordination sheet.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Lease
Renewal as described above.
