• Establish / Refine Accounting Departments for Visitor Services and Lifeguard
Services & Protection separate from Tourist Bureau Administration.
• Add a part time or temp “Tourist Services Associate” to aid in Collateral/Brochure
Distribution and Industry Communications.
3rd PENNY
• Establish a Strategic Marketing Plan for the ECCC as a standalone entity and
create budget line items per activity which match that plan.
• Add two (2) additional staff members in building maintenance to accommodate
space expansion & the enhanced Convention Center booking initiative.
