3. FINANCIAL INFORMATION:
3. 1 The total amount of funding received through the American Recovery and Reinvestment
Act of 2009 for the three ( 3) projects is $ 1, 607, 246. The funding is 100 percent grant
funding, so no match is required by the City. The grant funds have been placed in
Revenue Account No. 001 - 1581 -331 -3900, and all expenses for these projects will use
Expense Account No. 001 - 15 81- 541 -63 51.

4. RECOMMENDATION:
4. 1 Staff requests City Council authorization to award Request for Proposal No. 09 -126 for
the resurfacing of Wright Parkway SW and Bay Drive SE in the amount of $149, 300. 00
to C.W. Roberts Contracting and Greenhorne & O' Mara, Inc. in Tallahassee, Florida and
also authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to the budgeted amount of

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the Local Agency Program
through the Florida Department of Transportation.

the resurfacing of Country Club Avenue NE in the amount of $ 136, 650. 00 to C. W.

authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to the budgeted amount of
